1.away from 避开,避免;从…到…距离有多远
tear oneself away from...将自己从…拉走
(此习语一般用来指某人对某事或某件东西(如书等)特别感兴趣,不愿放下不做)
A:Do you think Janet will spend a week in the country with us?
A:你认为珍妮特会和我们在乡下呆一个星期吗?
B:Only if she can tear harself away from her books!
B:只要她能够放下她手中的书!
2.A:Is Louis going to join us for a short break?
A:路易斯会和我们一块休息一会儿吗?
B:Yes, if she can tear herself away from her studies.
B:是的,如果她能放下手中的学习。

2.get along 相处
例句:1.It's not bad. Sometimes Ed turns his radio up too loud or makes too much noise, then get angry. Sometimes I leave my books and clothes lying around and he gets angry But usually we get along.
情况不算太糟。有时艾德把收音机开得很大,噪音太厉害,我就很生气。有时我把我的书和衣服到处乱放,他就很生气。可通常来说我们相处得还不错。

3.get back 返回
get back one's feet 完全康复

例句:After the operation,  you will certainly get back on your feet.
手术之后,你一定会完全康复的。

4.more adj.更多的,额外的 adv. 更多地
couldn't...more(better)/less(worse)我非常…/我一点也不…
(…very much/not…at all)
1.A:Have you heard what George said behind you?
